The guest accommodation contract is considered concluded as soon as a room has been booked and confirmed verbally or in writing, or \u2014 if confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints \u2014 made available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.) The contracting parties are the guest and the landlord. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.) The landlord is obligated to pay compensation to the guest in case the room is not provided. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price for the contractual services not used, minus the expenses saved by the landlord.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-default has-df-blue-light-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Cancellation deadlines<\/strong><\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Free of charge up to 31 days before arrival<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">40% of the travel price up to 21 days before arrival<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">60% of the travel price up to 8 days before arrival<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a last-minute cancellation, 80% of the travel price will be charged. This regulation applies if the booked room cannot be re-rented to someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of early termination of the stay after arrival, no partial refund can be made.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-default has-df-fond-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.) We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.) The arrival and departure days count as one day. On the day of arrival, the guest usually has access to the booked accommodation from 1:00 PM. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. For short-term rentals, the landlord is entitled to charge a reasonable surcharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.) The guest is liable for the damages caused by him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.) Claims arising from the guest accommodation contract must be asserted by both the landlord and the guest within one month after the end of the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.)
